Department of the Interior contest notice concerns homestead entry 3877 by Junietta Bastien in sections 33 and 34 township 51 range 95. Roy J. Armeling files affidavit alleging noncompliance including failure to establish, improve, or occupy the land and abandonment for over four years. Public hearing set for Aug 29, 1910, final hearing Sept 19, 1910, with publication ordered.
The Board of Trustees of School District Number Ten in Big Horn County Wyoming will receive bids for eight negotiable school house building coupon bonds. Bonds bear up to 6 percent interest payable semiannually and principal at Kouitz Brothers Bank New York. Dated June 10 1910 and numbered 1 to 8 in two series A and TD. Series A four bonds at 100 dollars each. Series B four bonds at 200 dollars each. Bonds 1 and 2 of series A payable January 1 1921 and one bond each January 1 thereafter until paid. Bids due 2 p m August 25 1910 at Clerk’s office Hyattville. Certified check 70 dollars with sealed proposals to Clerk R A Baldwin. Right to reject bids and to sell at private sale.
Advertisement from the Treasury Department solicits proposals for sale or donation to the United States of a corner lot about 120 by 130 feet in Basin Wyoming for a federal building site.
