Gas Well Fire Extinguished as Basin Drills Ahead
Basin reports the bilge gas well fire at Little Buffalo Basin was extinguished after dynamite was placed over the hole and the boilers fired again. Court orders liquor return in Hindman case
Judge P. W. Mets ordered the sheriff to return all liquor seized in the State versus Louis Hindman. The seizure occurred as the new prohibition law took effect, with a truckload of liquor found in a Greybull garage later claimed by Hindman. The court ruled the liquor was illegally taken and must be returned.
