Basin County Commissioners Proceedings February 1 1916

Bas in Wyoming February 1 1916 the Board met in regular session with T W Spratt chairman and Cicero Avent present and discussed transient matters but took no action. They planned bids on three bridges and noted the resignation of the county assessor with Cassius Carlton appointed to fill the unexpired term. Bills were audited and various officials paid, with taxes and rebates recorded and bonds approved. The meeting adjourned to March 7 1916.
