Moonshining raid nets still whisky and arrests
Sheriff Wickwire secured a warrant for the Prindle property and with W E Webb conducted a search. A twenty gallon still, three cases of colored whisky, and five barrels of mash were found. Glen Berry and Oscar Payne were arrested. Lee Morris fled but a warrant issued. Berry and Payne pled not guilty at a Saturday hearing and are bound over to district court in $1,000 bonds each.

Death of Henry Suter in Evanston
