The 1917 Tuberculin Test Law requires all cows supplying milk or cream in Wyoming to have a test certificate or special permit. The state veterinarian issues temporary permits during testing, emphasizing tuberculosis awareness, spread risks, and the need for sanitary dairy practices to protect herds and public health.
Ordinance No 154 fixes general taxes at six thousand dollars and special taxes at twelve thousand dollars for Basin Wyoming for 1917 to cover town expenses and bond interest and sinking fund. Clerk to file with Big Horn county by May 7 1917. ordinance takes effect after passage and publication. Mayor J A Berry attested by Town Clerk Jas F Ewers.
