California Trona Company through attorney S W Austin files in Independence for patent on a 2480 acre group of placer claims named Trona Group No. 5 Placer Mine in San Bernardino County. Adjoining Trona Group No. 4 noted. 60 day opposition period via Barstow Printer publication.
United States Land Office lists Mineral Application No 05560 by California Trona Company for a group of 17 placer mining claims known as the Trona Group No 6 Placer Mine in San Bernardino County California. The filing covers about 329 875 acres described by multiple Trona claim parcels with adjoining Kern Association Placer and legal subdivisions. It notes the need for any adverse claimants to file within prescribed time limits.
