Interstate Oil to Start Work at Kramer Field

Interstate Oil Company, recently taking over Kramer Consolidated Oil near Barstow, will begin work soon. An oil storage tank and carloads of materials arrived, signaling capital to proceed. If oil exists in commercial quantities, development may accelerate. Kramer previously produced high grade oil but lacked funds to develop the ground.

Big Marcus Show to Play San Bernardino in October

Reversing usual plans the Marcus Show of 1920 will premiere in California before New York. The touring extravaganza, never before seen in the West, will visit only principal California cities with 75 artists including Marcus Peaches. Twenty-three scenes and twenty-seven musical numbers promised. Performances limited to San Bernardino at the Opera House Friday October 22 and brief stays in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Mail orders with remittance and self addressed envelope accepted.
