Court Overrules Railroad Board Freights Conductor Enjoined

In Louisville Kentucky Judge Er nest Clark of the Kentucky Court of Appeals granted an injunction to W W Gregg, a Louisville and Nashville passenger conductor, preventing replacement by William Pennybaker under a seniority rule. The court ruled the railway adjustment board lacked jurisdiction after federal administration ceased and that the seniority rule cannot displace a passenger conductor for a freight conductor.
