Obituary of Mrs. Ray Saunders on Arizona trip
Mrs. Ray Saunders died en route to Parker Arizona for health reasons. Traveling with her husband and a sister from Oregon by wagon train, they reached Sacramento and took a train. She died at Dr. Anderson’s emergency hospital in Barstow after arrival Sunday. The husband reached Fresno and the body was sent back to Oregon Thursday. She suffered from tuberculosis. Dr. Anderson accompanied the sister and body to San Francisco.
