Dr Price will deliver the commencement sermon at Fletcher Opera House Sunday at 8 30 p m. High School Mimeograph Annual Aids War Relief Funds
The High School mimeograph annual replaces the usual printed book offering a cheaper format. It is produced by the typewriting class and planned for sale at fifty cents each with one hundred copies. Proceeds, including play revenues and ads, support the Liberty Bond and relief funds for French orphans.

Adventists to Hold Conference in Fresno
The Seventh Day Adventists of Central California plan their biennial conference and annual camp meeting at Recreation Park Fresno from May 2 to June 9. Two Boys Admit Theft Confessions in Town Case
Over three weeks local stores reported missing trinkets and small cash. On Sunday Officer Ed Larris arrested Francisco Hernandez and Pablo Duran, both under ten, who confessed after being detained and claimed the goods were hidden in the cemetery. The case is now with the juvenile officer in San Bernardino.

Despite bad weather the SaturdaySunday Red Cross drive by Atolia Johannesburg Trona and Randsburg succeeded in boosting the organization treasury. A parade from Randsburg to Atolia to Johannesburg featured 55 decorated autos and crowds along the route. Proceeds from dances and booths totaled 215, with 15.60 from Ludlow receipts. a special train carried 40 celebrants and a committee organized the event.
