High School Students Entertain Full House
High school students presented a varied set of one act plays to a full audience last week. Notable performances included Eva Daniels as Miss Abel and Viola Jensen as the grandmother, with praise for Myrtle Meek as Mis Moran and Amy Webber as Miss Trot. The regular cast and coach Miss Hitzler received strong audience approval, while the band led by Miss Pfau provided interlude music. An additional performance for the four grammar grades enriched the week.

The Arrowhead Development Co of Tonopah New Mexico will start operations at the Supply mine in the Dale mining district 35 miles south of Amboy after preparations. The mine covers seven patented claims a 100 ton mill a cyanide plant and related equipment. Joint work with Ivan hoe group owners Jack Allman and William Campbell includes pumping water from Bush Lake three miles away. Arrowhead operates United Eastern mine in Oatman Arizona with Brainard B. Smith and J A McDonald as consulting engineers.

He was born March 27 1863 in Scotland and migrated to America 36 years ago moving to Barstow then to Kingman to visit family. Interment in Mountain View Cemetery Kingman conducted by Rev McWilliam. Judge Henderson attended funeral arrangements and returned to Barstow.
