Mr and Mrs George B Huffman and their one year old baby from the Red Circle Soda fountain were returning home when Frankie Bauer passing on the right forced Huffman to swerve and side swipe a tourist car. The mother suffered bruises and a sprained wrist while the baby had a scratched arm and a head bump. They were taken to Los Angeles for treatment while the tourist continued to Texas with only bent fenders.
