Barstow Visitors Share Summer Plans and Visits
Y W A Sullivan owner of the Barstow service station visited town Monday and returned home in San Bernardino pleased with business prospects. Mr and Mrs Elmo Alman drove to Big Bear Valley Sunday with two sons Donald and Tommy. the boys will stay at Mrs A Craig’s this summer. Mrs Craig moved to Bear Valley from Barstow after selling property to Merle Hunter. Mr and Mrs John Benson and family drove to Bakersfield Saturday with Benson’s brother Oscar from Missoula Montana visiting Barstow. Oscar will visit another brother in Bakersfield and then return to work at the water plant. Otto Willett nephew of P W Willett arrived Saturday from Effingham Illinois to visit the Willett family with a Boy friend.
