Forbidden Dumping Of Rubbish Along Highways
It was reported at the Chamber of Commerce that businesses houses and private parties dump rubbish along highways and on private property. It is illegal to dump trash on highways or private property. Arrangements were made for a dumping of rubbish over the river banks north and northeast of the rock yards. Travelers avoid the area. Barstow and approaches should stay clean by not dumping rubbish. Highways See Surging Travel To California This Year
