Telephone Company Transfers Staff to Barstow and Victo rville

Dick Ferber, wire chief at Interstate Telegraph, left Joy Lone Pine Tuesday for a transfer. He has managed plants and lines at Victorville and Barstow for five years. Ralph W. Fullerton will be stationed at Barstow to oversee the Barstow plant and lines. The Barstow Victorville district now expands to Yermo and Domrett, requiring extra supervision.
