The project covers Needles to Arrowhead Junction, Arrowhead Junction to Las Vegas, Arrowhead Junction to Daggett, Daggett to Barstow, Daggett to Hesperia, and Hesperia to San Bernardino, with an estimated California cost of 230,000 dollars and carrier service for desert towns dependent on distant water supplies.
