Superior Valley Tin Can Serenade At Brockmiller Home
A Monday night gathering of Superior Valley residents surrounded Elmer Brockmiller and his bride Geraldine Welsh of Omaha Nebraska. Guests included Frank Smith M L Pence Omer Pence the Smiths the Hopkinson family Faye Hopkinson Ruby Hilton and others. Dining featured Thanksgiving style fare with pie and turkey dressing. The Hopkinsons have returned to the Valley and Drummond the postmaster has been away several days.

1920 Taxes Delinquent Notice
The first installment of the 1920 taxes becomes delinquent next Monday December 6. A 15 percent penalty will be added at that date.
Mayflower Offered to Senator Harding by President Wilson
President Wilson via Secretary Daniels placed the presidential yacht Mayflower at Harding's disposal to finish his Panama to Washington voyage. A radiogram announced the Mayflower would meet the senator on the Pastores at Hampton Roads and provide passage to Washington.

Miss Elizabeth Miller Answers Last Call
Barstow mourns Elizabeth Miller a 21 year old resident born in Riverside. Ill health ended her life after a long illness. She attended Barstow Union High School then Chaffey School before returning home. Special services were held at Whitechapel Barstow and the body cremated at Mt View cemetery San Bernardino. Her father mother and brothers Wallace Forest Eugene accompanied the burial.

Poultry Prizes Won by Barstow Birds
