Southern California boys win livestock judging team trip
A team of Southern California high school boys with Herman Darling Ralph Stokes Wilder McCullough and Rupert Myers as alternate won top scores in the livestock judging contest at the Southern California Fair in Riverside with 167 entrants. They left Nov 21 for Chicago to compete in the International Livestock Show under coach Rupert Myers from Long Beach and H A Miller of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce Agricultural Department.

Miss Farrington a relief worker presented an educational motion picture on Near East Relief activities at the Congregational church Thanksgiving evening. The show covered industrial plants hospitals orphanages rescue feeding stations and more.
