California Bureau reports 1930 pedestrian toll on roads with 42 children killed and 511 injured. Cars collided with pedestrians in about 30 percent of crashes, 857 deaths and 8,770 injuries overall. School zones limit 15 mph and buses loading or unloading require stopping. Over one third of crashes happened at intersections and a quarter due to jay walking.
Department of the Interior notices Alfred W. Anderson of Hinkley California that Arthur M.
