The note proclaims spring arrival and urges shoppers to buy dresses and clothing at cash prices. Rogers promises one price for all and claims to source from top manufacturers for the biggest discounts, comparing to Atlanta and other centers.
The primary nomination held in Pike County produced 813 votes with W. Y. Atkinson winning governor and Bartlett securing Congress nomination. John F. Redding led for representative, while a new executive committee was elected with members from Barnesville to Milner.
