Barnard College appeals a National Labor Relations Board ruling that defined eligible bargaining unit members for a near term union election. The college contests inclusion of student employees and three assistant directors as eligible, arguing managerial or professional status and lack of community of interest. The case involves District 65 and a potential April 25 election, with a review deadline set for March 30 and possible postponement if review is granted.
