Examinations ended and tension eased as fifty February Freshmen enter the college scene. The Bulletin invites them to participate, greet new opportunities, and start four years of study, companionship, and activity with a proactive, informed welcome.

Syracuse University lists graduate fellowships and scholarships plus graduate assistantships in the School of Citizenship and other departments. Bryn Mawr College announces scholarships and fellowships in the graduate department of social economy and social research. Information available at the Occupation Bureau. The United States Civil Service Commission calls for an examination for junior officer in the state department with a salary of 1860 dollars.
Pledges must be paid at noon in Barnar Hall during the week in February. Every student with a pledge signed has a noon deadline before the 15th. Early payment helps avoid last minute rush and secures a place in the Student Fellowship program.
