Editorial Down from the Heights in the Quarterly Bulletin
The new Quarterly shifts from pure ivory tower writing to real world topics on campus. It argues students favor discussions of current problems and notes Barnard’s April 12 demonstration against war. The piece warns fascism links to war, urges liberals to oppose war, and hopes for no last minute changes.
