John Bellair 81, longtime railroad man from Baraboo, died Wednesday at the Home for Aged and Disabled Railroad Employes in Highland Park Chicago. He lost both hands in an engine accident near St Cloud Minnesota years ago and later built twelve miniature locomotives at the home.
