The Catholic Woman's Club held its annual picnic at the Melzl cottage on Devils Lake on Thursday June 21 a perfect day for an outing. Westfield Homecoming Draws Large Crowd From Baraboo

Bird Study Club Reports Success in Baraboo Bird Projects
The Bird Study club reports Baraboo school bird work with 49 first ward bird boxes, 30 occupied, 55 feeding places, 49 bathing places and 29 second ward houses all occupied. Eight junior Audubon groups exist in local schools with fees and materials. national totals show 9,901 groups and 205,196 members. Donations from Mrs. Sage and an unnamed donor support the National Audubon Society. Call to notify the club secretary or president to complete the report.
