Four Prisoners Escape From County Jail Through Wall Aperture
Four inmates Charles Anderson Paul Wolkowski Fred Graham and Albert Woods escaped from the county jail last night by widening a hole in the south wall near a window. The escape, aided by unseen help, left authorities puzzled as to how they broke out of the steel cage. The men had been held on theft and robbery charges and were awaiting trial this fall. The jailer reported the escape this morning and no officials are blamed.
