Foreclosure suit over 1913 promissory note on Fallon County land

The State of Montana summons E G Knudtson P M Scholl and Scholl and Irving D Royal in a foreclosure action. The plaintiff seeks judgment on a $600 note plus $2100 interest tied to a March 13 1913 mortgage on 160 acres in SW 1 4 of Sec 29 6N 61E Fallon County Montana filed March 28 1913 and recorded in Book R page 94 and Book E page 263. Defendants must answer within 20 days or risk default.
