Will Brereton Weds Nelie Gall at Saint Joseph Church

The marriage of Will Brereton and Miss Nelie Gall occurred at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Baker on Tuesday. The couple was attended by the groom’s sister as matron of honor and a brother as best man. They will visit the groom’s brother at Mayo Infirmary in Rochester before returning to Baker at Kramer House on First Street. The bride is new to the city and the groom is regarded as a rising local businessman. A reception followed on Wednesday evening.

Recruiting Will Close Monday

Serjeant Harde in charge of the rail recruiting station received notice Wednesday that recruiting would end Monday July 30 and the station would close then. Those entering service must act before Monday evening. after that draft applies. The Montana regiment was sworn in July 25 and plans to entrain for Palo Alto on August 1. Couple Celebrates 58th Wedding Anniversary in Willard

Mr and Mrs Daniel Hasty celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on July 18 at the home of Mrs Willamon. About thirty guests attended including Frank Hasty Edna Parson of Glendive and Larry Parson of Minneapolis. Mr Hasty aged 84 and Mrs Hasty 77, in good health and living in Montana for twenty years. Tokens of remembrance were given and guests hoped for many more anniversaries together.

Entertain for Dr and Miss Wolter by Rushton couple

County Auditor and Mrs Rushton entertained Saturday evening for their brother Dr Wolter and sister Miss Lucile Wolter. Games and porch dancing followed by refreshments.
