In Georgia Decatur County the court house door in Bainbridge will host a public sale on the first Tuesday in June. Described parcels include 125 acres in part of lot 247, 5 acres of lot 61, 20 acres of lot 100, 44 1/2 acres near lots 508 and 509, 2 acres of the Hungry Level Belcher Survey, all bounded by named neighboring lands. Levied to satisfy a Fifa in favor of Rendheim Bros. & Co. against H C Curry & Co. and others. Sale ordered by Sheriff L F Parrish.
On the first Tuesday in June during legal hours a store house and lot in Fowltown village Decatur county Georgia is advertised for sale to satisfy an execution from the Justice Court of the 1392 District GM in favor of W W Wright against Mack Marshall and others. Levy turned over by the constable. May 5 1894.
Fifty acres of land described as part of the east half of lot 383 in the 16th District, in the county, is levied on as the property of J M Faircloth by a Justice Court Fife in favor of Butler Heath Agents and others. The notice is dated May 8, 18h and signed by L F Parrersoy.
Decatur County Georgia notices a mortgage sale in Bainbridge on the first Tuesday in June. The property described includes land off a fifty acre tract in the southwest corner of lot 169 in the 27th district. It is levied on William Clary to satisfy a Superior Court mortgage in favor of Reynolds Unseld and R A Reynolds. May 8. L F Patterson.
A sheriff sale in Colquitt Miller County lists sixteen bales of cotton with 10800 pounds of seed cotton already ginned, six mules and one cream mare, plus extensive land tracts totaling multiple acres across many lots owned by J. S. Clifton. The property is levied to satisfy a Miller Superior Court execution in favor of Wm J Northen for The American Freehold Land Mortgage Company of London against G I Clifton and securities. May 1, 14.
