Decatur County will sell at the Bainbridge courthouse on the first Tuesday in July two separate parcels. One is 200 acres of land in lot 191 in district 27, known as Ash Place, owned by R P Ash to satisfy a city court judgment. The other is a two acre parcel in the village of Diffee, known as the Charlotte Davis home place, bounded by the church and Jim Davis property, owned by Jessie Davis to satisfy a justice court judgment. Both notices dated June 9, 1908, issued by Sheriff L F Patterson.

Decatur County sheriff sale announces a house and lot in Bainbridge on Washington Street bounded by Campbell Mayo and Lyons. The property is levied to satisfy a justice court fifa issued for J S Hawes against Charlie Harper, with levy made by Constable C A Helton, dated June 9 1908.
In the District Court for the Southern District of Georgia James Beil the bankrupt seeks discharge from debts. The hearing before Judge Emory Speer is set at the U S Courthouse Valdosta on June 25 1908 at 10 oclock a m. Creditors must appear and show cause if any why the discharge should not be granted. Roy E Powell deputy clerk signs the notice.
