The piece extols Germetuer as a supreme remedy for children and parents, offering 6 for 3 dollars.
Decatur Sheriff executes a fi fa against John E. Fain in Decatur County Georgia. The levy covers three acres in Faceville at Quincy and Third streets with dwelling and improvements, plus about 15.75 acres of Lot 256 in the 71st district, described by metes and bounds. The property belongs to John E. Fain and is levied to satisfy a court judgment issued by the Superior Court. January 5, 1895.
Public notices outline an administrator sale of a one half interest in land lot 369 in the 20th district Bainbridge County with 115 acres, to settle debts, cash terms, January 8 1995. Also a Nelson administrator motion to discharge and grant letters of dismissal on first Monday in April 1805, plus an exhibit describing a young sorrel male horse by Ben Johnson with color and height notes and a sworn statement of accuracy.
