Georgia Decatur County sale conducted at the courthouse in Donalsonville to satisfy a property mortgage. The tract of five acres in Block H of Donalsonville is described from Lot 4 and Lot 2, with right of way along the C L Ry, tied to a deed from R D Carr to Citizens Bank of Iron City. The real estate includes a small city lot bounded by Jennings and Nelson properties and Clay Street, ten by twenty feet, with cash terms. Sale set for the first Tuesday in March 1909 at Bainbridge courthouse.
