Illegal Jailing Charged Deputy
Mrs Lola Mae Flanagan of Honoraville Alabama filed a ten thousand dollar civil action in Crenshaw County against Deputy Sheriff Ray Horn and Sheriff Homer Green Horn. She says he came to her home in February and took her away in a car. En route to Luverne he allegedly made indecent proposals and confined her two days in the Luverne jail without a warrant or charges.
