The senior P F members plan a big delegation to the rally at Sibley this Sunday. A paper drive is set for October 30 with pickup Saturday morning, and no meeting on Sunday October 17 due to the rally. Meetings resume October 24.
Hartley beat Milford 26 to 0 to pull clear of a first place tie in the Sioux Valley Conference. Alta Idle edged Odebolt 13 to 9 with both teams still unbeaten in state play. Primgnar nips Sutherland 7 to 6 and Aurelia also wins 7 to 6 over Sioux Rapids. Albert City defeats Sanborn 32 to 0 in a non league game. Conference standings follow.
The Aurelia school offers a weekly hot lunch plan from Monday to Friday featuring varied menus. Dishes include ground beef and noodles, scrambled egg and meat sandwiches, Neptune salad with tuna, and a casserole based dish with sides, followed by desserts and milk.
