Death Notice for Mr Thomas Karen in Litchfield County
Communicated died on the 2d inst. Mr Thomas Karen a native of Litchfield County Connecticut aged 35 years. In the mid day of life newly entered into an interesting connection and surrounded by enviable blessings the sudden dissolution of Mr Knapen cannot but establish the mournful truth that all is vanity. The awakened symbol of respectable friends who followed him to his last drear abode and the unceasing sorrow of his widowed bride evince how great the loss to society and how distressing that bereavement which time and heaven only can alleviate.
