Land for sale in Georgia with multiple tracts and payments

Notice offers for sale several tracts of land in Oglethorpe and surrounding counties on moderate terms. Includes a six hundred fifty acre tract about seven miles above Lexington with mill seats, a grist mill, a distillery, and a country store site. Also listed are multiple Baldwin and Wilkinson county tracts totaling about 2024 acres and Negro property. Goods may be taken as payment on demand. Thomas W. Scott. Oglethorpe county Nov 5.

Notice of Promissory Note and Foreclosure Proceedings

Notice appears to present a promissory note dated December 23 1806 with payment due January 1 1808 to Zachariah M Donald and a sworn copy oath on January 23 1808. It also contains a foreclosure petition in Warren County Georgia for John M Cormick as mortgagee against Samuel Parker and Molly Parker executrix on a 150 acre tract in Warren County. The order requires payment of principal interest and costs within twelve months or foreclosure on the described property. Publication and service requirements are noted.

Land Sale Sought in Lincoln County Heirs Estate
