Reward Offered for Billy Missing from Beach Island
A notice offers 10 dollars for the capture or return of Billy a 24 year old Black male about 5 6 to 5 7 feet tall with dark hair and a faded coat. He was last seen the night of the 26th near Beach Island and may try to work as a river boat hand toward Savannah. The sheriff lists assistance to identify and return him.
