Augusta Sheriff Sale of Lot No. 6 in Augusta Township

On the first Tuesday in June next at the Market-House Augusta between the usual hours a lot of land in Augusta Township identified as No 6 is to be sold. The parcel bounded north by Savannah River east by Glas cock land south by Sand Bar Road and west by Telfair land. Levied to satisfy an execution in favor of the Executors of William Wilson against Angulus F Durkee. May 3.

Land sale notice for Richard Rees estate in Columbia County

Nine months after date an application to the Inferior Court of Columbia County will seek leave to sell a tract of land containing 60 acres on Town Creek. The property is the real estate of Richard Rees late of Columbia County Georgia deceased. Proceeds to benefit the creditors. Signed Jeremiah Rees April 1810
