The Cotton Market in Augusta shows firmer activity with prime lots at 19 and middling to inferior at 18 to 16, Monine Manxer notes March 16. Yesterday limited sales occurred with quotes around 18 to 19 for good and fine and 17 to 18 for fair, middling at 17 to 174, and ordinary 15 to 164.
