The notice outlines subscription prices for Weems semiweekly and weekly papers with advance and end of year options, plus advertising rates. It details that arrearages halt further issues, minimum square charges, insertions timing, and publisher risk on mailed remittances. It also covers legal sale notices by executors administrators and guardians, with publication timing for land or negro sales and debtor notices.

The Newnan Palladium notes the first issue of the DeKalbs Gazette published at Decatur by veteran editor Samuel Walton Mixer. It praises his long service and large family and wishes him success as he plans to expand the paper.
The Board of Directors in Charleston on the 3d inst resolved to offer the Rail Road to convey mails between Charleston and Hamburg and intermediate stations to the Post Master of Charleston free of expense until January 1. The action follows a petition from merchants demanding mail transport via the railroad.
The Columbus Enquirer reports ongoing turmoil in Stewart County. A Wednesday skirmish on the Georgia side of the river involved Hitchatee Indians numbering 16 and about 15 white settlers, resulting in two white injuries. Indians fled unhurt, losing two ponies. Earlier, marauders were spotted in Talbot County killing cattle and engaging white settlers when discovered.
The publisher’s agent Mr Joy W Stox announces the New American Edition of Blackwood's Edinburgh Magazine arriving in the city. The first and second numbers and a supplement are available at a low price of 5 dollars per year. Each number runs about 150 pages, with the supplement containing over 100 pages.

The Georgia Journal notes Burk of Talbot county owns half ticket 8922, winner of $20,000 in the Milledgeville Lottery. A large cargo ship Washington sailed to Havre with 2729 bales of cotton, valued at $141,471. An extract from a U.S. ship Constellation officer mentions unrest at Puerto Cabello and danger to American property and lives.
The market shows demand for cotton remains solid with sales at 15 to 16 cents per pound and total arrivals about 2203 bales since October. Freight costs include Savannah cotton at 1 dollar per bale and Charleston 4 cents per pound. Flour shortage drives prices up to 8 dollars in some sales while French silk and brandies hold firm. Other items note 5 to 600 bales Upland cotton at 154 to 184 cents, regional price variations, and exchange rates with London and Paris.

In this city on Sunday morning Ayno vluxy, Recca Ocustean of New York, a merchant, died. On the 29th at his Raytown residence in Wilkes County, Taowas Turcer, native of Galway Ireland, passed away.
The Augusta Insurance and Banking Company office announces an annual director election on Monday the 4th between 9 A.M. and 2 P.M. at the office. The Willington Academy resumes on January 1, 1836 with Dr Ennix Ruxen as instructor. Tuition ranges from eleven to twelve dollars per month for Beard and Fas tion. Rector James P. Waddell expresses gratitude and asks public patronage. The State Rights Sentinel and related papers to run the notice three times starting December 9.
