Aaron Cattleberry as assignee of Henry Kendal petitions to foreclose the equity of redemption on one acre in Warrenton adjoining lands of Jeremiah Beall and George Coles. Mortgage by Gresham Smyth to Henry Kendal secures $700 plus interest due by December 25 1807. Court orders payment within twelve months and publication of the rule monthly in a gazette.

Samuel Fairlamb's New Printing Press Innovation

Madrid August 18 1790s decree suppresses all regular monastic orders in Spanish possessions within 15 days they must leave convents adopt secular dress and receive pensions from provincial treasuries ministers to recover convent property and promote clergy. Fifty million reals allocated to indemnify war calamities and to reward brave service. A second decree limits eligible grandees and titles to those the king designates. Also notes a sporting item and announces blank mortgages for sale.
