Equity of redemption on two hundred acre tract in Warren County
In February term 1808 the Superior Court ordered mortgagee payments for two hundred acres at Doves Creek adjoining Ford Staptes James Brown and others. If principal interest and costs are not paid within twelve months the equity of redemption is foreclosed and a public notice published for twelve months.
