Equity of redemption on two hundred acre tract in Warren County

In February term 1808 the Superior Court ordered mortgagee payments for two hundred acres at Doves Creek adjoining Ford Staptes James Brown and others. If principal interest and costs are not paid within twelve months the equity of redemption is foreclosed and a public notice published for twelve months. Promissory Note and Court Appearance in Columbia County

Notice states a promise to pay Zachariah M Donald one hundred dollars by January 1, 1898 and is dated December 234 in 1806 with seal. The document records personal appearance before witnesses and oaths sworn on January 23, 180% by Zachariah M Donald. It also notes an intention to apply to the inferior court to establish a copy of territorial artifacts related to Zachariah M Donald.
