Foreclosure Order in Richmond Superior Court 1807

In October Term 1807 the petition of William Lewden and Mary his wife, executrix Mary Glass of John Glass, deceased, seeks foreclosing the equity of redemption on 125 acres in Richmond County. The court orders the mortgage principal and interest to be paid within twelve months. failure will foreclose. copies or service required.
