Sheriff Sale Notice for Warren County Courthouse

Sheriff sale slated for the next Tuesday in Warren County at the courthouse. The notice specifies a sale date and the standard bidding window, with bidders to attend at the usual hours.

Nine months after the date hereof the Inferior Court of Burke County will hear an application to sell two tracts of land belonging to the estate of Stephen Royal deceased. One tract of about 150 acres lies in Burke County on Boggy Gut Creek, adjoining John Bett and others. The other tract of about 80 acres lies on the same creek, adjoining Bett and others. Proceeds for heirs and creditors.
