The Augusta Chronicle announces the editor, after eighteen years in Georgia, desires to retire but will not. The paper is valuable and widely circulated, seeking reasonable terms, with almanac materials available. The subscriber announces continuation of the UT Nail Manufactury at Washington and Ellis streets near Calffee and Boston's Tavern. Nails of all kinds will be made and sold on Welch's terms, with steady stock and prompt supply. Jacob Danforth and the manufactury store will have nails of various sizes at both locations. Ten dollars reward offered for Lydia a 25 year old enslaved woman who ran away in January from the subscriber. She is about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a large scar on her right elbow. Known in and around Louisville. The reward and all reasonable expenses will be paid for delivery to the owner or safe confinement. April 1.

A man described as a prime negro fellow of superior page has a dispute with Eter Willer or Winfield Mason three doors below the City Hotel on July 28.
A $50 reward is posted for a sorrel horse stolen on Thursday the 1gth instant. The nine year old pony stands about fifteen hands high and shows English blood. It has a blaze with a nostril turn, a scar on the back from the saddle, several white spots on the legs, and is described as fine haired. Anyone delivering the thief and horse to William Allen in Mount Eron will receive the reward. on delivery the horse, $10 and all expenses are paid. July 28.
