Governor Brown appoints Hon. G. R. Hutchens of Cedartown to fill the vacancy on the prison commission caused by Judge Joseph Turner’s death. Hutchens, a noted north Georgia lawyer under 40, is expected to be commissioned and join the board as it reorganizes.
