Athens March 29 Special The habeas corpus case of Kate O Dwyer argued before Judge Brand with decision reserved. O Dwyer, known for running a lewd house, was sentenced to twelve months in the chaingang last October. The court suspended the sentence on her promise to leave the circuit. she returned, was arrested, and placed in the county chaingang in light work and shackles.
