Tallulah Falls to Get New One Hundred Room Hotel
Contractor Wagener began work yesterday on a modern one hundred room hotel at Tallulah Falls near the Grand Chasm. The Tallulah Lodge will sit on twenty acres near the river, feature electricity and steam heat, and be connected by rail to improve access from Atlanta within a three hour ride. The site is described as a healthy, temperate resort with a history of elite visitors and storied landmarks.
