Theo Lacy Sentenced to Ten Years in Prison in Montgomery
Theo Lacy, a 67 year old department clerk, received a maximum ten year prison term from Judge Armstead Brown in Montgomery. Lacy claimed there was an agreement among the governor and Daniel W.
