Newark, June 29. Mrs Francis J Ridley of Atlanta filed a suit for 35000 damages against Mr Andrew Albright Jr after being accused in March of stealing jewels worth 5000 from Mrs Albright on a Pennsylvania Railroad train. The case against Mrs Ridley was recently dropped.
